Welcome
We are Daria & Toni with our little dog Malou, and we run this little paradise in the midst of the wild beauty of nature in the south of Montenegro. Our 3 boutique houses and the generous outdoor area blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape and are maintained by us with heart, love and passion. Our aim is for you to feel at home here, just as we do.
Highly motivated, we do our utmost to represent this unique region. The nature trail on our grounds will show you lots of interesting things about our small but important garden inhabitants. As enthusiastic water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, we have many tips for an unforgettable holiday.
Sustainability matters greatly to us. Food comes from our own garden or from the immediate neighbourhood. Water for the pool, showers etc. comes from our own well, and the pool is maintained in an eco-friendly way.
We work with enthusiasm every day to share our wonderful and very individual Montenegro with our guests and to give you an unforgettable and beautiful holiday experience. We look forward to seeing you!

Solana's View – what the name means
Solana (in Montenegrin) or salt pans (in English) are the 1500-hectare salt basins where salt was once produced. As one of the largest salt pans in the Mediterranean, they supplied more than half of the former Yugoslavia with salt.
After the Solanas were privatised, salt production ceased in 2013. Today it is a nature park and an important habitat for flamingos, pelicans, spoonbills and over 240 other bird species.
From the Solana's View Boutique Houses you have a unique, unobstructed view of the Solana and the sea beyond to the Albanian Alps. So don't forget your binoculars to watch the flamingos. Sometimes you're lucky and the pelicans fly right over the houses.
